Terms of Service

Last updated 27 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Dinkar Sable, an individual based in India who operates OpsyOS (“OpsyOS”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using OpsyOS you agree to them. If you use OpsyOS for a business, you agree on its behalf.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details when you sign up.
  • Keep access to your email and sign-in methods secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account.

2. Workspaces and the people in them

  • The owner of a workspace decides who joins it and what they can see. When you invite someone or share something, you're responsible for having the right to share it with them.
  • Anything you turn into a public link can be seen by anyone who has the link, until you turn the link off.

3. Your content

Your clients, projects, tasks, notes, invoices, files and messages are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run OpsyOS for you and the people you share with. We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use OpsyOS to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • send spam or unwanted invitations, or upload malware;
  • try to access workspaces or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the service;
  • resell or copy the service without our written permission.

5. Plans and payments

  • The Free plan has limits, shown in Settings › Plan. Pro removes them.
  • Pro is billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges you, adds any applicable tax, and its terms apply to the payment itself.
  • We may change prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and it applies from your next billing period.
  • Cancelling and refunds are covered in our Refunds & cancellation policy.

6. The service

We work to keep OpsyOS available and your data safe, and we improve it over time, which means features can change. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

7. Disclaimers and liability

OpsyOS is provided “as is”. It helps you keep records and send invoices, but you remain responsible for your own accounts, taxes and legal obligations. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.

9. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll let you know before it takes effect. Questions: hey@opsyos.com.
