How does OpsyOS tell me an invoice is overdue?
Opsy posts it in your Opsy chat, with the invoice as a card and a button to remind the client. Overdue invoices also wait for you under Needs you on the dashboard.

Chasing payments is the worst part of freelancing. OpsyOS tells you when an invoice runs late and sends the reminder for you, with a link that always shows what's still due.

How do I send a payment reminder?
Tap Remind client on the invoice or its card. You get an editable email with the invoice and its live pay link, sent from OpsyOS with replies coming to your business email. One reminder a day per invoice, so a client is never flooded.
Can reminders go out automatically?
Yes, on Pro. Turn them on in Settings › Notifications and pick 3, 7 and 14 days after the due date. Each overdue invoice gets one automatic reminder, never two, and Opsy tells you when it went out.
What if the client has already paid?
If your client tapped "I've paid", no automatic reminder is sent and the invoice offers Mark received instead. Once fully paid, an invoice is final.
