In OpsyOS your clients sign in to the same workspace as you and your team. They see what you share with them and their own invoices, and nothing more. Invites are by email, with no passwords to set.

Only the projects, notes and tasks you share with them or that they're part of, plus their own invoices. This is enforced by the database with row-level security, not just hidden in the app, so a client can't open another client's invoice.
By email. Pick who they are (someone you bill), and they get a one-time link that signs them in with that address. They can use Google or an emailed sign-in link.
Yes. Every project has a chat its members share, and you can message anyone in your workspace directly, with images, files and links to tasks, notes and invoices shown as cards.
Yes. Turn on a read-only web link for a project or a note and send it to anyone. Turn it off and the link stops working.
