Privacy Policy

OpsyOS is operated by Dinkar Sable, an individual based in India. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect what's needed to run OpsyOS for you, we don't sell it, and there are no ads or tracking cookies.

What we collect

• Account:your email address, name and profile photo. If you sign in with Google, that is what it shares with us. We never see your password there, and we don't read anything else from your account.
• Your workspace content: clients and people, projects, tasks, notes, invoices, receipts, files and chat messages you and your collaborators add.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see or store them.
• Technical: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) kept briefly for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To run OpsyOS: sign you in, store and show your workspaces, and send the emails you ask for (sign-in links, invites).
• To bill you for Pro, and to keep the service secure.
• To answer you when you contact us.

We don't sell personal data or show ads.

Website analytics

On our public website (opsyos.com) we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast pages load: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, their country, device type and page-load times. They use no cookies, don't identify you, and don't follow you across other sites. The OpsyOS app itself (app.opsyos.com) has no analytics.

Who can see it

People in your workspace see what their role and your sharing allow. Anything you publish with a public link is visible to anyone with that link. We use these providers to run OpsyOS, only for that purpose:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage (hosted in Mumbai, India).
• Vercel: hosting OpsyOS, and anonymous analytics for our public website.
• Resend: sending email.
• Dodo Payments: payments, as merchant of record.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We only use what the app needs: a sign-in session cookie, which workspace you're in, and display preferences. Your browser also keeps unsaved edits so they survive going offline. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account (Settings › Account), your profile and the workspaces only you are in are deleted. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.

Your rights

You can see and correct most of your data in the app, and delete your account at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) at hey@opsyos.com. We'll reply within 30 days.

Children

OpsyOS isn't meant for anyone under 18.
