Your client pays you directly; OpsyOS never touches the money. When they say they've paid, or an invoice runs late, Opsy tells you in Chat. Mark it received and the receipt is numbered and the link updates.

What is OpsyOS?
OpsyOS is a workspace for freelancers and small studios. It keeps clients, projects, tasks, notes, invoices, receipts and chat in one place, and your team and your clients can sign in to the same workspace.
How much does OpsyOS cost?
OpsyOS is free for up to 3 clients you bill, 5 invoices a month and 2 people besides you. Pro removes those limits for $12 a month, or ₹999 a month in India with tax included. Pro is per workspace and you can cancel anytime.
Do my clients need an account to pay?
No. Every invoice has a link your client can open without signing up: the invoice, how to pay (a UPI QR code for the amount due, bank details with copy buttons), every payment so far and what's still due, and a button to say they've paid. You can also invite them to sign in and follow the projects you share.
Can I bill clients outside India?
Yes. Invoice in rupees, US dollars, euros, pounds or Australian dollars; each invoice keeps one currency and totals are never mixed or converted. In India, OpsyOS picks CGST and SGST, IGST, or export under LUT from your client's state and country. A Wise or Payoneer receiving account shows to foreign clients like any bank account. OpsyOS formats invoices; it isn't tax advice.
Does OpsyOS take a cut of payments?
No. Your client pays you directly, by UPI or bank transfer, and you record the payment in OpsyOS. Nothing passes through us.
Does OpsyOS track time or expenses?
No. OpsyOS is for invoicing and running the work: projects, tasks, notes and chat. Add billable time as lines on an invoice.
Can my clients see everything in my workspace?
No. A client sees only the projects, notes and tasks you share with them, plus their own invoices. This is enforced by the database itself with row-level security, not just hidden in the app.
Can clients pay my invoices by UPI?
Yes. Add your UPI ID in Settings › Invoicing and every rupee invoice, its PDF and its pay link carry a UPI QR code with the amount due and the invoice number already filled in. When you record the payment, the balance and receipt update.

Which UPI IDs work with invoice QR codes?
Payments through the invoice QR code have been tested with UPI IDs from PhonePe and slice. UPI IDs from HDFC Bank (ending @hdfc) currently decline payments made through an invoice QR code, so add a UPI ID from another app for invoices. Your client can pay from any UPI app; what matters is the UPI ID you receive on.
How do I pay for Pro from India?
Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles the tax. In India you can pay by UPI AutoPay, card or netbanking.

Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored with Supabase in Mumbai, India. We don't sell it, show ads or use tracking cookies.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings › Plan and Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments aren't refunded, except a charge made in error (see our refunds policy).
